Attached to the Export Department, you will manage a portfolio of clients in more than 50 countries.
As such, your main responsibilities will include:
- Interface between clients (agents/distributors, customers, etc.) and the company’s internal services (purchasing, production, laboratory, etc.);
- Establishing commercial offers;
- Managing customer orders via an internal ERP system and validating deadlines with production;
- Organizing transportation (maritime, air, and road);
- Handling Export documents (incoterms, letters of credit, etc.) and monitoring deliveries;
- Resolving claims;
- Issuing invoices and following up on payments;
- Tracking and updating sales statistics.
